Chinese Democracy Finally Out - By Accident!,

Is this a publicity stunt????

NINE tracks from Guns N’ Roses‘ long long long awaited new album, Chinese Democracy, were leaked online Wednesday on a website which quickly received a cease-and-desist letter from the band.

The album is said to be 14 years in the making.

Of the nine songs leaked, six of them have already leaked in one unfinished form or another. But the ones released yesterday seem to be close to the finished versions.

The album was originally on Interscope’s release schedule in March 2007.

But later in March of this year, the band signed a new management deal with Irving Azoff and Andy Gould. That’s when they began discussions with Interscope to release the album.

Work on the album originally began back in 1994 and since then Axl has spent $13 million in production. And also gotten rid of his orignal band members.

Apparently the soft drink Dr. Pepper, which is tied in with Interscope it seems, even offered to send a free can of soda to every person in America if Chinese Democracy arrived anytime in 2008.

Well, send a can to everyone except Guns N’ Roses former members, Slash and Buckethead!

Cocaine Wig,

More cocaine news!

According to the Daily Mail, a British woman who allegedly hid cocaine under her wig has been arrested on suspicion of drug smuggling in Norway.

An airport customs officer noticed the Brit had ‘a lot of hair’ and upon examination a 2.2 lbs bag of cocaine was discovered glued to her head under the hairpiece.

Loca!!!!!

Cocaine Vagina,

During a body cavity search Portage, Wisconsin, police found 27.3 grams of cocaine inside the vagina of the woman pictured above, Shavone Reece.

Kinda looks like she’s glowing!!!!

Reece was arrested in Portage after selling cocaine, marijuana and the narcotic Diazepam to an undercover officer.

Pionke went on to say that 27 grams of coke is about the size of a golf ball.

According to Access Hollywood, Christie Brinkley is still soooo pissed at soon to be ex-husband Peter Cook that she’s asked for the divorce court proceedings to be made public.

She apparently wants all his dirty laundry to air out for all of us to see.

Yay!

Brinkley filed for divorce from Cook when it surfaced that he was having an affair with his then 18-year old assistant.

Among the things that may be revealed in the case include details about Cook’s Internet porn consumption and that he regularly visited swingers sites in search of women partners, according to a source

Al Gore Responds,

We told y’all earlier that former vice president Al Gore seemed a little two faced when it was revealed by the Tennessee Center for Policy Research that the former Vice President’s home energy use has risen by more than 10% over the past year.

Mr. Gore’s spokesperson reached out to us to set the record straight.

Here’s what she said:

I had the chance to read your blog today and wanted to take a chance to
clear the record:

1. The Gores undertook a three plus year renovation that concluded in
November 2007 with the issuance, in November 2007 of Gold LEED (Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design) from the US Green Building Council.

2. As part of this renovation, the Gores have:
-Installed a geothermal system for heating, cooling and hot water
-Installed 33 solar panels
-Completely retrofitted their appliances, windows, ductwork, insulation, and
lighting.

3. Since the renovations were complete, the Gores have saved 40 percent on
their site energy use (which is a combination of electricity and natural gas
bills–the two major sources of global warming gases).

4. The Gores also purchase their electricity, through their utility, from
the Green PowerSwitch program–which means that their electricity come from
solar, wind and methane gas.

So, in summary, the Gores have: made their home more energy efficient, the
produce electricity from renewable power (solar, geothermal) and they
purchase renewable power. No one is perfect, but they are doing their part.

Finally, the Gores are also donating a substantial amount of their personal
time to educate the public about the climate crisis as well as donating the
proceeds of their work to charity. They have donated the proceeds of the
Nobel Peace Prize, “An Inconvenient Truth” (the book and film), and Mrs.
Gore’s photography to the Alliance for Climate Protection and The Climate
Project.

And there you have it.

The pair hit up Florence, Italy, on Thursday.

They visited the Accademia museum to see Michelangelo’s David and then went to Michelangelo Square to enjoy the immaculate view of the city, embracing, kissing and giving their pap friends the money shot!

On Tuesday, Eva and Tony were in Zurich catching a soccer game.

And, this past weekend, they were pAArtying it up in Paris.
