Red Skull To Take On Captain America!,
They’ve chosen the villain!
Marvel Studios is in talks with actor Hugo Weaving to play Red Skull in the upcoming Captain America movie directed by Joe Johnston.
In the comics, Red Skull was Hitler’s right-hand man and Captain America’s enemy since 1941.
Negotiations should begin in the next few days and if Weaving signs on it will reunite him with Johnston since they worked together on The Wolfman.
Weaving plays a good bad guy so we think he’s a really good choice — remember, he played Agent Smith in the Matrix films!
