According to KLAC-AM, Jose Canseco has been detained at the U.S.-Mexico border for alleged possession of steroids.

He was caught with HCG, specifically, which stands for human chorionic gonadotropin. It functions to restore and maintain testicular size following steroid cycles. So, in other words, a steroid to reverse the effects of…steroids.

That sounds healthy!

Conseco will appear in Federal Court on Tuesday to deal with the matter.
