Lindsay Gets A Lucky Break,
The busboy that got into a car crash with Lindsay Lohan is dropping the lawsuit against her (sorta)!
The suit alleged that the recovering addict was drinking at the time of the accident, something Lohan vehemently denied.
The busboy was seeking over $200,000 in damages.
Now that this lawsuit has been resolved….
Whatever happened with those boys threatening to sue LL after she hijacked their car and took them hostage????
Update: TMZ reports…
“The attorney only dismissed his case against Crossheart Productions, Lindsay’s production company. She is still a defendant in the suit, along with the Ivy restaurant, which Ortega claims plied her with alcohol before the crash.”
